To keep pricing transparent and timelines predictable, projects need to meet a handful of site conditions.

  • —Pool area must be relatively flat with minimal demolition required.
  • —Cannot be on a slope or hillside.
  • —Minimum of 4′ access required for excavation.
  • —Pool equipment location relative to the pool cannot exceed 100 feet.
  • —Gas and electrical meter relative to pool equipment cannot exceed 100 feet.
  • —Does not include permit fees.
  • —Does not include soils report (if required by city).
