Pool area must be relatively flat with minimal demolition required.
Cannot be on a slope or hillside.
Minimum of 4′ access required for excavation.
Pool equipment location relative to the pool cannot exceed 100 feet.
Gas and electrical meter in relation to the pool equipment cannot exceed 100 feet.

What kind of pool is Aura?+
Aura is a custom in-ground concrete pool built with 4500 psi Gunite.

Yes. We have partnered with Lyon Financial and HFS Home Improvement Loans to finance our customers.

Are permits included in pricing?+
While we handle the permitting and planning process, permit fees are not included in the price of the pool. Fees are paid directly to the City by the homeowner.
